Client Magazine PDFThis is sent to every client who inquires about birth photography. If clients want to meet for a coffee date, we review it at our meeting and they take it home for further reading.
I have these magazines printed in bulk through MagCloud. They cost approximately $7 US per item when ordering 25 magazines at a time. Feel free to use my magazine as a rough base to design your own. Do not plagiarize the wording, as my wording is specific to my business, but you are welcome to use the headings and spreads to get you started thinking about how you want to educate your clients.

ContractI send my clients an electronic version of my contract through Adobe Sign to e-sign and then I file it electronically. This helps me stay organized and not lose contracts after meetings. This also makes it easier when I get media requests for photos because I have all my client releases signed and filed properly. Please do not copy wording of my contract, but feel free to use the ideas to draft your own contract in your own wording.

Marketing LetterWhen I first started marketing my business, I distributed this letter to midwives and doctors office along with a stack of my business cards (and a business card holder) and a small inexpensive photo album featuring some of my best birth photos. You are welcome to use this as a base to draft a similar letter in your own wording.
